Complete Order Cancellation
What is Complete Order Cancellation?
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, you may request a complete cancellation of the order before it is dispatched.
Restrictions for Complete Order Cancellation:

- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team with your Order ID.

Payment Refund
What is Payment Refund?
If your order is cancelled before dispatch or if an approved return is accepted, the refund amount will be processed to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

- Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment.
- Refund processing time is 7 to 10 business days after approval.

You may request a return for an eligible product if it is damaged during transit or if the wrong product has been delivered. Our team will assist you with the return process after reviewing your request.

- Prior approval from Craft Melon is required before sending the item back.
- Customers must share clear photos or videos of the issue while requesting the return.
- Returns are accepted only for damaged products or wrong products delivered.
- Returns are not accepted for customized or personalized products.
- Slight variations in color, wood grain, texture, and finish are natural in handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
- Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
