Refund policy

We have a return policy of 48 hours, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

To request a cancellation, please email sales@craftmelon.com with your Order ID.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To process such requests, customers must share clear photos or videos of the issue.


Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Wrong product delivered

Since all our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, wood grain, texture, and finish are natural and not considered defects.

If the return is approved:

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping will be borne by Craft Melon
  • In other approved cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items returned without prior approval

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the item (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.
