Shipping and Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we begin processing it carefully. Since many of our products are handcrafted, order processing may take time.

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 to 14 business days
  • In some cases, depending on the product, customization, or order volume, dispatch may take up to 3 weeks

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our products.

Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders, unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or at checkout.

There are no additional shipping charges at the time of standard delivery.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order has been dispatched, it is generally delivered within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier partner availability.

The overall estimated delivery timeline is usually between 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order placement.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • courier service availability
  • public holidays
  • weather conditions
  • strikes or transport disruptions
  • other events beyond our reasonable control

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by external factors may occur.

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners such as:

  • Ecom Express
  • Xpressbees

We may also use other reliable courier partners depending on serviceability and location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation along with tracking details through email, WhatsApp, SMS, or other available communication channels.

You can use the tracking number to follow your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Attempts and Incorrect Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at the time of placing the order are accurate and complete.

If the delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect or incomplete address
  • customer unavailable at the time of delivery
  • unreachable phone number
  • refusal to accept delivery

additional re-delivery or re-shipping charges may apply.

Delayed Delivery

Although we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeline, Craft Melon shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • courier delays
  • natural events or extreme weather
  • public holidays
  • local restrictions
  • transport or labor disruptions

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@craftmelon.com with your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the issue.

We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Refund Policy.

International Shipping

At present, we primarily ship within India.
